Tumbleweed Houses come with the most basic features: a heater, closets, electricity, a restroom, a kitchen, and a sleeping loft. Some have vaulted ceilings and others have stainless steel counters. The cheapest and smallest house runs about $37,000 and as size increases so does the price up to the max of $50,000.
