Richard Sandrak aka "Little Hercules"

With the dramatic changes in our society's idea of body image, it's no surprise that this has leaked into the newer generations. One of such case is Richard Sandrak (aka Little Hercules, aka World's Strongest Boy). Sandrak, by the age of 6 was already pumping iron. By the age of 9 he benched 160 pounds. He filmed a movie with Hulk Hogan titled "Little Hercules 3-D" which should be coming out next year and he's training for "Amazon Kid" directed by Joey Travolta. Nobody can ignore this kid's dedication to his body.
